These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Shop4Party’s services and website. By using our platform or booking any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through Shop4Party. By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts.

  • All information provided by you is true and accurate.

2. Services

Shop4Party provides curated decoration setups for events such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and weddings. Each booking includes:

  • Trained decorators for on-site setup

  • Props and materials listed in the "Inclusions" section

  • Basic customization (name tags, foil numbers, photos on flex, etc.) when requested in advance

Note:
 All décor setups involving MDF, fibre items, or special effects require 2–3 days of advance booking.

3. Customization Terms

We offer personalization options like:

  • Custom names on balloons

  • Flex banners with photos or messages

  • Color theme changes and add-ons

📌 To ensure timely execution, all customization details must be submitted at least 24–48 hours before the event.

4. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or through phone.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be shared at the time of confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ✅ >24 hrs before event: 90% refund

  • ✅ 12–24 hrs before event: 50% refund

  • ❌ <12 hrs before event: No refund

  • ❌ No cancellations allowed on: 13–14 Feb (Valentine's) & Karva Chauth

  • ❌ No refund if MDF/custom décor is cancelled within 36 hrs

  • 🔁 Date changes: Subject to availability and only if requested ≥ 24 hrs before event

  • 💸 Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

6. Delivery & Setup

  • Our decorators will reach the event location during the selected time slot.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accessibility to the venue.

  • For outdoor events, Shop4Party is not liable for disruptions due to weather conditions.

7. Rental Equipment

  • Items such as MDF boards, tables, marquees, props, and floral structures are provided on a rental basis and will be picked up post-event.

  • Any loss or damage to these items will incur a recovery charge.

8. Communication

By using Shop4Party, you agree to receive updates via:

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

These communications may include booking confirmations, order updates, and promotional offers. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Replicate, reuse, or redistribute content without permission

  • Cause disruption or delay to scheduled setup by not being present or accessible

10. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, and design layouts on the Shop4Party website are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use of photos, product names, or visual elements is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Shop4Party is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party vendors

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from service use

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to balloons or materials used in the setup

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage mutual resolution via customer support. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Sonipat, India

13. Amendments

Shop4Party reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
